Finished sketchbook

This sketch book took from May 2012~Dec 2012.
The longest time I spent on a sketchbook so far.

Study: values

Attempted Taylor Swift to study values. Doesnt look like her again.
Started with a blurred picture to get the whole image down before starting on the details.
It makes it much easier since theres a backbone to the painting.

 

Goat girl

Watched Anothony Jones's video all day. His demons inspired me to draw a goat girl.

Taylor Swift reference

Used Taylor Swift's picture and came up with this. Doesn't look anything like her but practice is practice.

Inspired by my favorite movie "Redline"
The art in the movie is incredible.

Trying to practice lighting / shading.
Loving the  long hair one.
